    Brief

The London Borough of Newham is reopening its Framework for Prevention and Support Services related to HIV, STIs, and other blood-borne viruses (BBVs). This Framework will last for 4 years, with a possible extension of another 4 years, starting on March 10, 2025. The Authority will accept tenders from new organizations and allow existing organizations to apply for additional lots twice a year. If you have previously submitted a successful bid, you do not need to bid again. The Framework is divided into five lots: 1. **Lot 1: Prevention and Support for Adults** - Services aimed at preventing residents from contracting HIV and other BBVs. 2. **Lot 2: Family Support** - Services for families as per existing contracts. 3. **Lot 3: Connection to Care** - Support from screening and diagnosis to accessing treatment. 4. **Lot 4: Specialist Support Services** - Support for people living with HIV in specialized treatment services. 5. **Lot 5: Outreach and Communications** - Services related to blood-borne viruses and STIs. This procurement follows an open procedure, allowing all interested organizations to submit tenders. There is no exclusivity or volume guarantee, and organizations can apply for multiple lots. There are no limits on the number of organizations that can be awarded a lot, provided they meet the minimum criteria. The procurement is for the benefit of the Authority and Partner Organizations, which include all London Local Authorities and Health Partners. Participation of all Partner Organizations in the Framework is not guaranteed at the start date, as it is at their discretion whether to utilize the Framework.
