    Brief

    Kent County Council and the Kent and Medway Integrated Care Board are seeking a qualified provider to deliver specialist bereavement support services for people affected by suicide across Kent and Medway. The service will provide trauma-informed emotional and practical support to individuals bereaved by suicide, including family members, friends, colleagues, witnesses and professionals. The provider will deliver flexible, accessible support through multiple channels including face-to-face, telephone and virtual services, working in partnership with health, community and voluntary sector organisations. The contract will run for three years starting 1 April 2027, with options to extend for up to two additional years. This is a market engagement opportunity for organisations to shape and deliver an innovative, high-quality service that meets the needs of residents affected by suicide bereavement. Interested providers are encouraged to engage early in the procurement process.
