24/7 IT Security Operations Centre Services

The Museum seeks a security operations centre (SOC) service provider to deliver continuous monitoring and incident response capabilities across all information systems. The service must operate continuously throughout the year, including all holidays and weekends. Key requirements include: real-time monitoring of security events and alerts; rapid detection and response to security incidents; threat analysis and reporting; vulnerability assessment support; and coordination with internal IT teams. The provider should demonstrate expertise in museum/cultural sector security, compliance with relevant data protection standards, and ability to manage security infrastructure for a complex IT environment.
