    Brief

The RAF Museum Midlands is seeking an Evaluation Consultant to support the 'Inspiring Everyone' development programme. You will produce a comprehensive evaluation plan and detailed reports, along with delivering training to staff and volunteers. The evaluation plan must be completed and agreed before the new exhibition opens in summer 2027, outlining the key metrics and measurement methods to be used. During the pre-opening phase, you will train staff and volunteers on evaluation procedures. Following the exhibition opening, you will conduct evaluations and produce reports in October 2027 and October 2028, assessing the impact of both the capital works and the post-capital activity programme (running from summer 2027 to December 2028). This role is ideal for experienced evaluation professionals with expertise in museum programmes and impact measurement.
