Insurance Services Provider - Trent & Dove Housing Ltd

Trent & Dove Housing Ltd is seeking one or more qualified insurance service providers to manage comprehensive insurance coverage and related services. The scope includes property damage, business interruption, liability insurance (employers, public, products, property owners), business combined policies, money insurance, all-risks coverage, computer insurance, contract works, group personal accident, and employment practices liability. Specific coverage types will be determined by Trent & Dove Housing Ltd. Suppliers must demonstrate strong financial stability with insurers rated minimum 'BBB' by Standard & Poor's, 'B++' by AM Best, or equivalent from a reputable credit rating agency. Lower-rated insurers (below A-) may be considered only with prior approval from the bidder's market security committee. Key evaluation criteria include: ability to offer multiple insurer options and flexible coverage choices, provision of expert service teams with client relationship management, claims management, insurance broking/underwriting, and risk management expertise, and consistent delivery of high-quality service to both Trent & Dove Housing Ltd and end clients, including services provided by third-party contractors and nominated insurers.
