Grounds Maintenance Contract

This contract is for grounds maintenance services. Suppliers are invited to submit their tenders by completing the Invitation to Tender (ITT) Supplier Response document. It is essential to follow the instructions carefully to ensure your submission is complete. Key documents to submit include the ITT Supplier Response Form, sub-contractor information, and the Pricing Schedule & Specification. Please return these documents in the specified file formats. Site visit information is available in Section 4. You may include additional appendices to support your tender, but ensure they are relevant and adhere to any word count limits. While you do not need to submit audited accounts or insurance certificates with your tender, these will be required if your tender is successful. Tenders must be submitted by the deadline, and late submissions will only be considered in exceptional circumstances. Your tender must remain valid for at least 180 days from the submission deadline, and you may modify or withdraw your tender before the deadline. For any queries, please contact the clerk via email.
