Post-Adoption Therapy Services Framework

The Council is establishing an Open Framework to procure post-adoption therapy services for children and young people in care. Service providers will deliver attachment-based therapeutic interventions designed to support children who have experienced abuse, neglect, or trauma. The framework will enable the Council to commission qualified therapeutic providers to deliver evidence-based treatments that promote healing, emotional development, and improved wellbeing. Providers should have expertise in trauma-informed care, attachment theory, and experience working with adopted children and young people. This is an open procurement opportunity for therapy services providers to join the framework and deliver services as required.
