The TSEO service focuses on passenger and staff safety through revenue protection and fare inspection activities on buses, operating 24/7 with staffing levels adjusted based on service demand. The successful contractor must supply highly trained, customer-focused personnel capable of working collaboratively with the TfGM TravelSafe Operations Manager on a daily basis to coordinate deployments, implement appropriate tactics, and engage with partnership opportunities.
