Brand Communications and Recruitment Marketing Services

North East Ambulance Service (NEAS) is seeking an experienced brand communications company to develop and deliver a comprehensive recruitment marketing strategy. The successful provider will support NEAS in executing recruitment campaigns to address immediate and long-term staffing needs across all service areas. Key responsibilities include: creating and placing advertisements online and offline to promote NEAS as an employer; developing compelling workforce storytelling and creative campaign assets; executing advertising campaigns targeting multiple workforce groups and career pathways; and providing strategic communications materials to support attraction, recruitment, and retention objectives. The appointed provider will work collaboratively with NEAS's in-house recruitment and communications teams to establish the Trust as an employer of choice. This contract will run from July 2026 to March 2027, with potential extension subject to budget approval. Suppliers should demonstrate expertise in healthcare sector recruitment, digital and traditional marketing channels, and experience working with large public sector organisations.
