Staff Psychological Support Services

North East Ambulance Service (NEAS) is seeking a supplier to provide comprehensive psychological services for all staff members across the Trust. The service must be delivered year-round, 52 weeks per year, with a mix of face-to-face and telephone appointments tailored to shift workers across all geographical locations. Key Service Requirements: - Standardised psychological assessments and management advice to reduce staff absence - Therapy for workplace-related mental health difficulties (standard 6-session model) - Enhanced therapy for complex workplace trauma presentations (12-session model) - Extensions beyond these models only with Head of Occupational Health and Wellbeing Service approval - First response to referrals within 5 working days - Appointment scheduling within 10 working days of referral - Assessment report following first session and discharge report at treatment end - Standardised reporting with factual recommendations and management information The service must be easily accessible, high-quality, cost-effective, and efficient, supporting the health and wellbeing of Trust staff while accommodating shift patterns and geographical spread across the North East region.
