Recovery and Outreach Sub-Contracted Service for Mental Health Support

NSFT is seeking organisations to deliver the Recovery and Outreach Element of a new Intensive and Assertive Outreach Service. This is a pre-market engagement event on Wednesday 8th July 2026 (9:30-11:30am, in-person, invitation only) where potential providers can learn about the service model, provide feedback on draft specifications, and engage collaboratively before a formal competitive tender. The Intensive and Assertive Outreach Service supports people with serious mental illness and psychosis who struggle to engage with traditional services. NSFT provides clinical leadership while sub-contractors deliver frontline recovery support through recovery workers operating 7 days a week (9am-7pm). Recovery workers will offer assertive outreach, practical support (housing, finances, daily living), community participation support, healthcare access, medication support, substance misuse support, carer support, and risk management assistance. Each worker maintains a small caseload within an integrated team model operating across Norfolk and Suffolk with approximately 200 service users. The anticipated contract value is £750k per annum. Organisations from the Voluntary, Community, Faith and Social Enterprise (VCFSE) sector are particularly encouraged to participate.
