Electronic Patient Record (EPR) System Contract for Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust

Invitation to tender for the award of an Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system contract via the NHS London Procurement Partnership (LPP) Clinical Digital Health Solutions Framework Agreement. This is a 10-year fixed-term contract with a total value of £3,150,000 (excluding VAT). The successful supplier will provide and maintain a comprehensive EPR system to support clinical operations across Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust. Contract commencement date: 24 July 2026. Contract expiration date: 23 July 2036. No optional extensions are included. Eligible suppliers must be listed on the NHS LPP Clinical Digital Health Solutions Framework Agreement.
