Grant Administration Framework Services

North Yorkshire Council is establishing a framework to appoint service providers to administer, distribute, and manage grant schemes on their behalf. The Council receives varying amounts of grant funding annually (often from government sources) that must be allocated and spent within specific timeframes. Providers appointed to this framework will handle the complete grant lifecycle, including scheme setup, fund distribution, compliance monitoring, and financial management. Services will ensure grants are distributed efficiently, transparently, and in accordance with relevant legislation and funder requirements. The Council previously spent approximately £250,000 over two years administering 4 grant schemes through external providers. Work under this framework will be variable with no guaranteed volume or spend. Individual call-offs will specify the exact services required for each grant programme.
