Procurement of Tablets and Cases

This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks suppliers to provide 557 tablets and protective cases. The delivery and handover will occur in Freetown, Sierra Leone. The tablets must have an 8-inch screen, at least 2GB of RAM, a minimum of 32GB storage, Wi-Fi and 4G capabilities, an SD card slot, and a quality camera. All prices submitted must be firm, fixed, and valid for 90 days after the RFP submission deadline. Prices should include all costs related to administration, shipping, handling, import registration, and taxes, and must be quoted in Leones (SLE) for suppliers based in Sierra Leone. Suppliers from other countries can quote in SLE, USD, GBP, or EUR, but all evaluations will be based on the SLE equivalent at the central bank's exchange rate on the submission deadline. No advance payments will be made. Suppliers must demonstrate their ability to deliver without advance payment. Delivery is expected within 4 weeks of order placement. Payments will be made in the currency specified in the tender, contingent upon the delivery and acceptance of the tablets, which must meet the specified requirements and be free from defects. Suppliers can submit a single invoice for payment after acceptance, which will be processed within 30 days. Bids must be submitted in hard copy to Mott MacDonald (Sierra Leone) Limited at the specified address or via email to MMSL.Procurement@mottmac.com, clearly marked with the RFP number. Bids will be opened at 09:30 hrs Sierra Leone time on the specified date.
