Fire Extinguisher Supply and Installation Services

Housing 21 is seeking an experienced supplier to provide P50 fire extinguishers and installation services across multiple residential courts over a 10-year period. Key requirements include: supplying and installing fire extinguishers at numerous locations, with the majority of installations occurring within the first two years; managing the volume of extinguishers needed (see Appendix 4); providing project management capabilities; and maintaining clear communication with Housing 21's contract manager and individual scheme managers. Housing 21 previously completed major fire extinguisher replacements in 2017 but has since expanded operations, requiring additional units. This is a 5-year initial contract with an optional 5-year extension (maximum 10-year term total).
