Security Services for Ware Priory Estate

Ware Priory Estate is a historic site that includes the 13th Century Ware Priory building and the adjacent Fletcher's Lea. This venue hosts a variety of private events, such as weddings and meetings, accommodating between 10 to 200 guests, as well as larger public events for up to 2000 attendees. The estate is equipped with CCTV coverage for security. The Ware Town Council employs a core staff of 17, along with additional bank staff, and there are 6 tenants with their own staff on-site. Security services are needed for daily lock-ups of the toilets, Priory building, and Fletcher's Lea, as well as for various events, including staff meetings, small to large events, and alarm callouts. Tenderers must conduct a site survey before submitting their proposals. Compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards is required.
