The project is approved in principle, pending confirmation that all necessary costs are included and compliance documentation is provided. **Scope of Work:** The project includes several key areas: 1. **External & Enabling Works:** - Traffic management arrangements and council fees for road closures. - Connection fees to Severn Trent (if applicable). - Reinstatement of roads and grounds to their original condition. 2. **Drainage & Groundworks:** - Installation of foul drainage from the toilet block to the main sewer, including excavation, pipework, and reinstatement. - Installation of foul pipework from the toilet and basin to the external drainage system. 3. **Plumbing & Sanitary Installation:** - Supply and installation of a toilet and hand basin, including necessary water connections. 4. **Internal Alterations:** - Modifications to ensure the storage unit meets compliance as a toilet facility, including ventilation and welfare requirements. **Contractor Requirements:** The selected contractor will act as the Principal Contractor and must comply with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM 2015).
