Play Surface Refurbishment in Parks

Leighton-Linslade Town Council is seeking a qualified contractor to refurbish or replace play surfaces in eight local parks, following recommendations from a recent ROSPA report. The project is divided into two phases: the first four parks must be completed by March 31, 2026, and the remaining four by the following financial year, starting April 1, 2026. Interested contractors should submit a pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ) and a detailed quotation by 9:00 AM on January 5, 2026. The successful candidates may be invited to present their proposals to the Council in late January, with awards made in early February. Key requirements include addressing issues identified in the ROSPA report, providing a warranty for the work, and enhancing the sustainability of the play areas.
