Community Capacity Building: Governance Support and Volunteer Development Services

This commissioning proposal seeks qualified suppliers to strengthen community capacity through two key service areas: (1) Governance Support - providing advisory services, training, and guidance to help community organizations develop effective governance structures, policies, and leadership practices; and (2) Volunteer Development - designing and delivering programs to recruit, train, support, and retain volunteers within community organizations. The successful supplier will work collaboratively with community groups to build sustainable internal capabilities, improve organizational effectiveness, and expand community engagement. Services may include needs assessments, strategic planning, training delivery, mentoring, and ongoing support.
