Crisis IOM Resettlement Support Service - Northwest Contract 2026/27

Crisis delivers a bespoke resettlement support service to the Liverpool Integrated Offender Management (IOM) team, supporting individuals transitioning from prison back into the community. Using the Critical Time Intervention (CTI) model, Crisis provides intensive support from before prison release through 9 months post-release, with a focus on preventing tenancy loss and promoting community stability. The service targets individuals with complex needs, including those with histories of acquisitive crime, drug-related offences, and violence. Crisis helps participants address barriers to successful resettlement by facilitating access to drug services, healthcare, employment support, and training opportunities, while employing stabilisation techniques to maintain housing and encourage pro-social community engagement. This is a contract opportunity for the 2026/27 service year in the Northwest region.
