Laboratory Refurbishment Project - British Antarctic Survey

UKRI is seeking to appoint a Main Contractor for the refurbishment and fit-out of Laboratories 258 and 270 at The British Antarctic Survey facility. This project involves comprehensive renovation work to upgrade and modernize these laboratory spaces to current standards. The appointed contractor will be responsible for managing all aspects of the refurbishment including design coordination, construction, installation of laboratory equipment and systems, quality assurance, and project completion. Prospective contractors should have experience in laboratory fit-out projects, understanding of specialized laboratory requirements, proven project management capabilities, and ability to work within defined timelines and budgets.
