Tree Stock Delivery for Redbridge

The London Borough of Redbridge is seeking quotations for the supply and delivery of tree stock. The delivery is scheduled for Friday, November 28, 2025, to Barkingside Nursery, located at Station Road, Barkingside, Essex, IG6 1NB. The nursery can accommodate an articulated lorry for deliveries between 8 AM and 4 PM. Suppliers are required to refer to the attached spreadsheet for details on the species, sizes, and types of stock needed, which include both containerized and bare root options. The spreadsheet specifies the number of each species required and confirms that a 10/12 girth size is preferred. Suppliers should provide quotations for 45-liter containers and/or bare root stock, including unit costs (excluding VAT and delivery). If the specified girth sizes are unavailable, smaller or slightly larger alternatives are acceptable. Additionally, suppliers must include delivery cost bandings on the second tab of the spreadsheet (e.g., delivery costs for orders under £5,000.00 is £85, while orders over £5,000.00 qualify for free delivery). This will help us calculate the total delivery costs for the selected species from each supplier. Quotations must be submitted by 12 PM on Monday, November 3, 2025.
