Brief

This Request for Information (RFI) seeks supplier input on two complementary projects designed to strengthen digital adoption capability across the UK health and care sector: Project 1: Change Management Toolkit and Network - Redesign and maintain a national Change Management Toolkit while operating a national Change Management Network to support digital transformation initiatives. Project 2: Professional Development Service - Establish an accredited, sustainable professional development programme that builds digital adoption competency across health and care organisations. These projects may be procured as a single contract with two lots, as two separate procurements, or as one combined opportunity. Your input through this RFI will help shape the procurement approach, though responding is optional and will not affect your eligibility to bid on future tenders. Responses must be submitted by 17:00 on 21 August 2026 via the NHSE e-tendering portal. All subsequent tender advertisements, clarification questions, and bids must be submitted through this portal only (registration is free). Please note that contract award is subject to budgetary approval.
