Out-of-Hours Security Operations Centre Services

LQ Group operates a Security Operations Centre (SOC) during regular business hours, with internal security analysts triaging and responding to security incidents. However, the organization currently lacks human security monitoring during nights, weekends, and bank holidays, relying instead on automated systems and hardening measures. This creates heightened risk of organizational compromise, particularly during extended periods without SOC coverage. We seek a security services partner to provide out-of-hours SOC services that will extend our internal capabilities and address this critical gap. The successful partner will act as an extension of our existing SOC team, providing human-led triage and incident response during non-business hours to maintain consistent security posture. This is a three-year contract opportunity for a qualified security provider with demonstrated expertise in managed security services and 24/7 operations centre support.
