Consulting Engineer Services for Glendine Water Scheme Upgrade

Glendine and District Group Water Scheme (GWS) is seeking a qualified consulting engineer with expertise in civil engineering for water distribution systems to assess and determine the scope of works needed to bring their water scheme into compliance with Uisce Eireann's Minimum Basic Standards. This assessment is essential for the scheme to be eligible for taking in charge by Uisce Eireann (Ireland's public water authority). The successful engineer will evaluate the current infrastructure, identify required improvements, and provide detailed recommendations to meet national water supply standards. Experience with both Group Water Schemes and Public Water Schemes is required. The role involves technical assessment, documentation, and liaison with the water authority to facilitate the transition to public management.
