Fire and Rescue Station Alert and Equipment Control System

Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue is seeking a supplier to provide, install, configure, and support a Station End Equipment system for fire and rescue stations. The system must be highly available and resilient, built for critical infrastructure use. Key capabilities required include: receiving mobilisation alerts and dispatch instructions from the Command & Control centre; alerting crew members to incidents; providing crews with incident information; and activating station equipment such as turnout systems, visual and audible alarms, door opening mechanisms, and lighting systems. The system must reliably deliver time-critical information to ensure rapid emergency response. The contract may be modified during its term to accommodate organisational changes affecting Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue, such as local government reforms. Potential modifications may include data migration or restructuring, system configuration updates, security role amendments, changes to integration requirements with successor systems, and transition assistance services. Any modifications will be limited to those necessary to ensure continued service delivery.
