    Brief

    This opportunity supports the development of communication and employability skills for young people transitioning to work. The project will partner with 2 target schools and employer organisations to embed practical oracy training within careers education. The supplier will work collaboratively to understand the specific communication, behaviours, and competencies required by employers at entry level, then design and deliver workshops to secondary school students (KS4-KS5). Activities will include realistic recruitment scenario practice, integration of employer-informed approaches into existing teaching, and support for careers leaders and teachers to embed these skills. Success requires close partnership working between schools, employers, and the supplier to create authentic learning experiences that prepare young people for the workplace.
