    TfGM (Transport for Greater Manchester) is seeking a single landscaping services supplier to maintain its diverse estate across 60 sites throughout the 10 councils of Greater Manchester. The portfolio includes 22 bus stations, 1 railway station, 14 railway car parks, 2 logistics facilities and warehouses, the Leigh Guided Busway (LEGB), and multiple roundabouts. The successful supplier will be responsible for all grass cutting, shrub and hedge maintenance, weed control, hard surface cleansing, litter removal, arboriculture tasks, seasonal planting, and general landscape upkeep. Services can be delivered directly or through approved subcontractors managed by the primary supplier. The supplier must provide all labour, materials, equipment, and supervision to ensure delivery complies with relevant legislation, industry best practice, and agreed performance standards. This is a 3+1+1 year contract with a potential total duration of 5 years.
