    Brief

LSTM and iiCON are seeking to procure advanced Organ-on-Chip (OoC) technologies for integration into the AIR-HC facility to support infectious disease research at biosafety containment level 3. The procurement includes supply, delivery, installation, and commissioning of systems with capabilities that may include tonsillar, liver, and lung tissue models, with preference for multi-organ-on-chip (MOoC) platforms enabling physiologically relevant inter-organ communication. Suppliers should note that the scope encompasses design adaptation, packaging, shipping, user training, technical documentation, and ongoing maintenance and upgrade support. The technology must be compatible with automated robotic workflows, operate within CL3 biosafety constraints, offer multi-organ capability in a compact footprint, and support future scalability for both internal academic research and commercial applications through iiCON and the AIR-HC facility. Solutions demonstrating automation compatibility, expandability, and increased throughput capability will be particularly competitive.
