Microsoft 365 Assessment: Governance, Operations and AI Readiness

The British Business Bank is seeking a Microsoft 365 governance, operating model and AI readiness assessment through pre-market engagement to inform a future procurement. The Bank has used Microsoft 365 as a strategic collaboration and productivity platform since 2014, supporting collaboration, document management, knowledge sharing and operational processes across the organisation. This engagement aims to test market capability and understand how the current Microsoft 365 estate is configured, governed and operated, while identifying opportunities to develop a sustainable, secure and AI-ready environment. The assessment will review people, processes, governance arrangements and technical capabilities across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including readiness to safely scale and adopt AI-enabled capabilities such as Microsoft Copilot. The engagement will help determine the scope, approach and commercial model for the future procurement.
