Microsoft Unified Support Services for Banking Infrastructure

This is a direct award contract to Microsoft Limited for the provision of specialized Microsoft product support services across the Bank's IT infrastructure and cloud environment. The service will provide direct access to Microsoft technical expertise to support business-critical infrastructure and cloud services. Key objectives include strengthening system support, ensuring continued resilience and security, and maintaining operational stability across the Bank's entire Microsoft technology estate. This direct award is made without a competitive tender process as Microsoft Unified Support can only be provided by Microsoft directly due to absence of competition for technical reasons—the service is exclusively available from Microsoft as the original vendor.
