Highway and Transportation Consultancy Framework Services

Kent County Council is seeking to establish a framework agreement for specialist highway and transportation consultancy services across three lots. Suppliers can bid for one or more lots based on their expertise. Lot 1 focuses on independent cost consultancy services including quantity surveying, risk management, and value management for scheme planning, tender preparation, and construction phases. Lot 2 specializes in utility support services to manage diversions and scheme impacts in compliance with NRSWA processes. Lot 3 provides NEC programme review support to ensure design and construction compliance with scope, timelines, and logic. These services will support KCC in budget management, NEC contract documentation, tender evaluation, construction contract administration, compensation event assessment, payment processing, and financial reporting across highway and transportation schemes throughout Kent.
