Community Safety Accreditation Scheme (CSAS) Operatives and Traffic Marshals

Kent County Council is seeking a supplier to provide Community Safety Accreditation Scheme (CSAS) accredited operatives to support traffic management across Kent's road network, particularly during disruptions at the ports. The operatives will assist Kent Police and National Highways in implementing the KMRF Operation Fennel Plan, including coverage on the M20 Operation Brock footprint and the Dover Traffic Management Plan. As border checks intensify under the European Entry Exit System (EES), additional operatives with Police accreditation and Security Industry Authority (SIA) qualifications may be required to manage traffic and safety at designated off-highway sites. The supplier may also need to provide non-CSAS accredited Traffic Marshals for site management duties at these locations. This is an ongoing service to help manage traffic flow and maintain safety during port-related congestion.
