Ireland – Construction Works Qualification System for Gas Turbine Equipment and Services

This procurement establishes a multi-lot Qualification System in Ireland for the provision of Open Cycle Gas Turbine (OCGT) and Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) equipment and related services. The system, established under EU Directive 2014/25/EU, has an initial term of 10 years from establishment with the option to extend at the contracting entity's discretion, and may be terminated at any time. Interested applicants must submit complete applications by the stated deadline to be considered for inclusion. Applications may be submitted at any time during the system's term and will be reviewed at the contracting entity's discretion. Once qualified, selected applicants may be engaged on a call-off basis through mini-competition, random selection, rotation, or direct selection based on project requirements. The system comprises four lots: Lot 1 (OCGT Supply OEM and Long-Term Service Agreement), Lot 2 (OCGT Balance of Plant Construction), Lot 3 (OCGT Engineering, Procurement and Construction with LTSA), and Lot 4 (CCGT Engineering, Procurement and Construction with LTSA).
