    Brief

    The Department of Education and Youth (DEY) is seeking qualified evaluators to conduct a final independent evaluation of the Small Schools Action Research Project (SSARP), which operates from January 2022 through June 2026. SSARP encourages small schools to form local clusters for collaborative problem-solving and innovation, focusing on school sustainability. The evaluation will assess project implementation, outcomes, and impact to inform future policy on small school sustainability. Qualified tenderers should have expertise in educational research evaluation, action research methodologies, and policy analysis. The successful bidder will deliver a comprehensive evaluation report documenting findings, lessons learned, and recommendations for long-term sustainability of small schools. This is an independent research and consultancy services contract.
