Asset Sustainability and Decarbonisation Framework for Social Housing and Local Authorities

Eastern Procurement (EP) is a not-for-profit procurement organisation serving Registered Providers of Social Housing and Stock-Holding Local Authorities across the UK Midlands and East regions. With over 20 years of experience, EP is establishing a new framework to deliver comprehensive asset improvement and sustainability services. This framework will support housing providers with essential property works including kitchen and bathroom installations, disabled adaptations, electrical upgrades, insulation improvements, decarbonisation initiatives, fire safety compliance, and structural repairs. The framework also includes specialised services such as project management, retrofit assessments, grant bidding support, and day-to-day maintenance. Many works are eligible for grant funding. Suppliers and contractors can join this framework to deliver services to EP's growing membership across East Anglia, the East Midlands, and surrounding regions.
