    Brief

The Old General Herbarium (OGH) Beta Project is seeking a Principal Contractor to manage the light touch refurbishment and fit-out of a gallery section, bringing it back into public display for the first time since 1948. A temporary pop-up display is scheduled to open in September 2026. To participate in this competitive tender, all bidders must first complete and sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) available in the SQ stage document library. The signed NDA must be returned to the Museum for countersignature. Once both parties have executed the NDA, tenderers will gain access to the Tenderbox stage where full tender documents will be available from 30th April 2026. This opportunity is ideal for contractors experienced in museum gallery refurbishment and temporary exhibition installations.
