West Midlands Hard Facilities Management Services Framework

Acivico's Constructing West Midlands team is establishing a Hard Facilities Management Framework (CWM FM) to provide maintenance and repair services to public sector organizations across the Greater West Midlands region. The framework will deliver compliance programs, planned preventive maintenance, routine responsive maintenance, and minor maintenance works for building systems and mechanical/electrical (M&E) installations. Services will include individual reactive projects valued up to approximately £500,000, with contractors assuming Principal Designer and Principal Contractor responsibilities. The framework is designed as a closed agreement with multiple suppliers selected across multiple lots, making it particularly accessible to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Interested contractors must demonstrate experience in Principal Designer or Principal Contractor roles, either directly or through supply chain partners. Suppliers are invited to participate in an early market engagement process by completing a questionnaire to inform framework design and procurement strategy. CWM reserves the right to conduct additional market engagement activities and to modify framework details or decide not to proceed at their discretion.
