Grounds Maintenance Services Contract

The Council is seeking experienced and qualified contractors to provide comprehensive grounds maintenance services across its properties and public spaces. Core services include: • Grass cutting and trimming of urban grass verges • Trimming and pruning of hedges, verges, trees, and shrubs • Rights of way clearance and maintenance • Cemetery maintenance • May Balfour Gardens maintenance • Bin clearance Additional ad-hoc services may be requested, including: • Seasonal trimming and pruning of hedges, verges, trees, and shrubs outside regular schedules • Clearing and maintenance of overgrown footways and rights of way Contractors must demonstrate relevant experience, appropriate qualifications, and the ability to meet the Council's service standards and specifications.
