    Brief

This service provides safe, high-quality accommodation and tailored support for vulnerable young people aged 16–21, including children in care and care leavers. The provider will deliver a flexible, needs-led service that prioritises safety, wellbeing, and independence while promoting positive relationships and engagement in education, employment and training. Support will be personalised to each young person's needs and delivered collaboratively with the young person, the Council and relevant agencies. The service supports the Council's corporate parenting responsibilities by ensuring young people have the stability, support and opportunities needed to develop life skills, build confidence and resilience, and achieve sustainable independent living as they transition to adulthood. Successful providers will demonstrate experience in youth support, safeguarding, and helping vulnerable young people achieve positive long-term outcomes.
