    Brief

This service provides safe, high-quality accommodation and tailored support for vulnerable young people aged 16–21, including children in care and care leavers. The provider will deliver a flexible, needs-led service that prioritises safety, wellbeing, and independence while promoting positive relationships and engagement in education, employment and training. Support will be personalised to each young person's needs and delivered collaboratively with the young person, the Council and relevant agencies.
