Payroll and Pension Administration Services

NHS Resolution seeks a qualified service provider to deliver comprehensive payroll and pension administration services. The service scope includes: payroll processing (data management, reporting, BACS submissions, online payslips, P60s, P11Ds, calculations, and overpayment recovery), employee payroll support, statutory HMRC submissions, business expenses reimbursement, and NHS pensions record administration with employee support and NHS Pensions liaison. The contract is for an initial 24-month period with an option to extend for up to a further 24 months (maximum 48 months total). Bidders should demonstrate expertise in payroll systems, pension administration, HMRC compliance, and employee support services.
