Supply of One 6-Seater Second-Hand Vehicle

Kare is seeking tenders for the supply of one second-hand 6-seater vehicle suitable for B-class driving licenses, such as a Ford Custom, Volkswagen Caddy, or similar model. Suppliers must provide: (1) Complete pricing inclusive of VAT and all applicable taxes; (2) Clear timelines and lead times for purchase and delivery; (3) Evidence of vehicle registration confirming immediate availability; (4) Vehicle specifications including year of manufacture and mileage. Evaluation will be based on vehicle age, mileage, and suitability for organizational needs. The selected supplier's vehicle will undergo in-person inspection and mechanical assessment by a qualified mechanic. All vehicles must be fully taxed for a minimum of 3 months from delivery date. Supplier selection is subject to funding availability and the ability to efficiently view and purchase vehicles. Please note that all purchases are contingent on available funding versus received costs.
