Creative Skills Programme for Young People in Rossendale

Rossendale Borough Council is seeking a contractor to deliver an inclusive Creative Skills Programme for Young People across three locations: Rawtenstall, Waterfoot, and Crawshawbooth. The successful provider will deliver structured workshops in creative skills, support young people's progression into employment, training, or enterprise opportunities, and create inclusive engagement and co-creation opportunities. Key deliverables include: running workshops and training sessions, partnering with local organisations to extend reach and impact, organising an annual youth-led creative event, and conducting monitoring and evaluation to measure programme outcomes and participant progress.
