Service Provider for Pride in Place Community Grants Programme

Rossendale Borough Council is seeking an experienced organisation to deliver and manage the Pride in Place Community Grants Programme across Rawtenstall, Waterfoot, and Crawshawbooth. The successful provider will administer a community grants scheme supporting local projects in regeneration, placemaking, and community wellbeing. Key responsibilities include: designing and implementing transparent grant processes with clear eligibility criteria and assessment frameworks; promoting the programme and supporting applicants; managing assessment panels and maintaining audit trails; administering grant agreements; monitoring project delivery and community impact; and reporting outcomes to the Council. The provider will work collaboratively with Rossendale Borough Council, the Pride in Place Board, and local stakeholders to align with programme priorities. This is a four-year contract valued at £30,000 covering programme management and administration.
