    Brief

The UK Space Agency (UKSA) is seeking a supplier or consortium to deliver and operate the Earth Observation Data Hub (EODH) from April 2027 to March 2030. The EODH is a national platform that provides users with access to UK and global satellite data, processing tools, and analytical applications through a single gateway at https://eodatahub.org.uk. The platform serves both Earth Observation specialists and general users, enabling them to search, visualize, analyze, and process data at scale for applications including surface temperature monitoring and land-use change analysis. The successful supplier will take over from the current operator (UKRI and the National Centre for Earth Observation) with a technical handover period from January to March 2027. Key responsibilities include maintaining service continuity for existing users, preserving and leveraging existing intellectual property, expanding the user base, increasing available datasets, enhancing service functionality, and managing a seamless transition. Suppliers should demonstrate strong capability in EO service delivery, broad user engagement experience, and a clear vision for growing the platform's reach and impact.
