    Brief

The Artificial Intelligence Security Institute (AISI) is exploring market options for outsourcing post-award grant administration services. AISI currently manages approximately £20 million in active research grants (around 100 awards ranging from £100,000 to £1,000,000 each) awarded to universities, research institutes, and non-profit organisations. This Request for Information seeks feedback from established grant administrators, specialist organisations, and experienced providers on their capability to deliver post-award services. Potential services include grant agreement execution, claims validation, payment processing, monitoring and reporting, assurance and audit controls, and grant closure activities. The Authority will retain decision-making authority with defined escalation thresholds for any delivery partner. Responses are sought to inform feasibility assessment and commercial viability; this is not a binding procurement. Should AISI proceed with procurement, it is anticipated to use the Fund Administration & Disbursement Services Dynamic Purchasing System (RM6322 FAADS). Interested suppliers do not need to be currently appointed to RM6322 to respond, though they are encouraged to consider joining the DPS.
