Supply Agency Services for Dartmoor Multi Academy Trust Schools

Dartmoor Multi Academy Trust is seeking up to four supply agency providers to deliver temporary staffing services across its primary, secondary and other school sites. The Trust uses supply agencies when in-house cover is unavailable. The highest-ranked provider will serve as the primary supplier, with remaining providers forming a preferred supplier list for additional capacity. Schools may arrange short-term cover directly, while longer-term placements must be commissioned through the Trust's central procurement team. Work allocation decisions are based on responsiveness, service quality, compliance standards, reliability and value for money. There is no guaranteed minimum volume or exclusivity. The contract runs for three years with optional extensions of up to two additional years in 12-month increments (3+1+1 structure). Providers should be prepared to supply qualified supply staff including teachers and support staff across multiple school settings.
