Fire and Security Servicing and Maintenance for Dartmoor Multi Academy Trust

Dartmoor Multi Academy Trust seeks a contractor to provide comprehensive fire and security servicing and maintenance across the trust's schools. The contractor will be responsible for the inspection, testing, and maintenance of the following systems and equipment: fire alarm panels, intruder alarm panels, door access control systems, emergency lighting, fire extinguishers and hoses, and signalling remedial works. These services are essential to ensure the safety and security of pupils, staff, and school facilities. Signalling remedial works are included in the scope but are not guaranteed, as the Trust reserves the right to award such works separately to other contractors. The successful contractor will maintain these critical safety systems to ensure compliance with regulations and provide reliable protection for the school community.
