Outdoor Education and Alternative Provision Services - Market Engagement

Tove Learning Trust is conducting a market engagement exercise to gather information about suppliers of outdoor education, forest school, and alternative provision services. The Trust needs specialist providers to deliver educational programmes for pupils across its academies, including those with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, behavioral challenges, those at risk of or permanently excluded from school, and those requiring support to reintegrate into education. Potential service areas include: one-to-one support, small group interventions, enhanced staffing ratios, whole-class outdoor learning, forest school programmes, curriculum-linked experiential learning with qualifications (ASDAN, DofE), and therapeutic personal development activities. The Trust is seeking market feedback on: supplier capability and capacity, geographic service coverage, delivery models, transport arrangements, safeguarding procedures, staffing structures, innovative delivery approaches, and experience supporting vulnerable learners. This information will inform the Trust's procurement strategy under the Procurement Act 2023. Note: This is a preliminary information-gathering exercise only.
