Key requirements include: clearly stating delivery timelines and lead times; providing evidence of vehicle registration to confirm immediate availability; ensuring the vehicle is taxed for a minimum of 3 months from delivery. Evaluation will be based on vehicle year, mileage, and suitability for Kare's needs. Kare will conduct an in-person inspection and arrange a qualified mechanic inspection to verify vehicle quality. Selection will consider supplier efficiency and vehicle availability. All purchases are contingent on available funding versus received costs. Kare reserves the right to choose the supplier that best meets these criteria.
